At Artizan Dental Care, our Wellness Membership was created for patients who want consistent preventive care without the complexity of traditional dental insurance. Beyond cleanings and exams, our approach focuses on identifying risk early — including how the jaw, bite, and breathing patterns may influence long-term oral health.
What the Membership Includes
Depending on your plan (Adult, Pediatric, or Periodontal), membership benefits may include:
- Professional cleanings and routine exams
- Digital X-rays as clinically indicated
- Preventive oral cancer screenings
- TMJ screening
- Airway screening
- Pediatric growth & developmental screening
- Member-preferred savings on additional care

What Screening Means at Artizan
Screening is an observational, preventive process performed during routine visits. It is not diagnostic and does not diagnose medical conditions. Its purpose is to identify potential risk factors early and determine whether further discussion or evaluation may be helpful.
Why We Look Beyond the Teeth
Jaw position, muscle balance, and breathing patterns influence how teeth wear, shift, and respond to dental treatment over time. By paying attention to these factors early, we aim to reduce unnecessary dental breakdown and improve long-term stability.
Pediatric Growth & Development Screening
For children, screening focuses on growth and development, including facial growth patterns, oral habits, and breathing behaviors. These screenings are age-appropriate and preventive in nature.
When Additional Evaluation Is Recommended
In some adult and periodontal patients, screening findings may suggest that deeper evaluation could provide valuable insight. When clinically indicated, members may have access to additional functional or airway-focused evaluation services at member-preferred rates. These services are separate from the membership.
Screening does not diagnose medical conditions. Advanced evaluation and treatment are separate services and are recommended only when appropriate.
